Sorry I did not get back to you earlier. I'm still learning all the stuff on this forum. Now about a lift, I've never owned a JK. but I wheeled a rental in Moab for a couple of days and they didn't need much if any lift to do anything I would do with a jeep that I was making payments on! That being said I would put either a leveling kit or a 2.5" on a JK and beef up the skid plates. It would drive like stock (or better) on the highway and go anywhere off road you would dare. (and look tough too )
Hey, sorry about high jacking the thread. I am technologically stupid so I am new to this website thing. I appreciate the response. Took out the Jeep with the top off for the first time today and the family loved it. Wife is asking now how much a lift would cost. I don't do any extreme off-roading yet. I think this will be her Jeep and I'll get another later. Do you have one you might recommend?
Sir, I love the pic or your Jeep. I have read some of your replies to others comments, and was compelled to ask you some questions if your do not mind. I have just recently purchased my Jeep. I have a 2012 Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4 door. I love it however I would love to improve the gas milage. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions on the matter that I could pursue on a small budget?
