Sounds like a good plan to me! I was too worried about messing up the liner hitting it with plastic or something. but it all looks good now!

I removed mine about 10 minutes after the final coat of liner. Still moist enough to separate easily, but not so moist that it ran. Had no issues at all.

Your method sounds like it worked well for you. Be sure to post up pics!!! Always great to see other people modding their Jeeps!

Ah! that would be pretty sweet. I would do more write ups but of the stuff I do I am doing alone, and it takes long enough as it is without pics... haha. but yeah it was good. The only thing I didnt find was exactly how long you waited to take the tape off. I just took mine off so about 16 hours later. may have been a little too long or too early, because I had issues getting the liner and tape to separate, ended up using a knife to cut the line then it would tear straight. overall I am very pleased.

Glad my threads have helped. They can be rather focused on what I'm doing, but if they help somebody, I'm happy. I haven't done much super tech stuff lately other than lighting changes and the lining of the interior, but hopefully I'll be doing a SYE writeup at some point in the not too distant future.

Actually I am now finished with the lining just waiting to take stuff off and reinstall intererior in a day or two. Thanks for your awesome threads on here n JF they helped a good bit with my questions.

Too bad they are out of production, they look pretty sweet. I was awarm of rokmens but the price and such has them towards the end of my mod list for now. Thanks again!

They are from Toys by Troy. I don't think they're in business anymore. But if you're looking for something similar, Rokmen has a rear corner setup that has rails too. They just don't wrap around like the TbT ones do.

If you have any questions about the prep work for the lining, just let me know. Happy to help if I can!
