Hello, I had the AEV2" leveling kit for about a year. I had no issues with it at all.
No change in ride and was easy to install. I recently just replaced it with a 2" Synergy progressive lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks ( which lifted my jeep just over 3" in the front and 3" in the back )
still no issues, and rides great.
But the AEV leveling kit did what it needs to - takes the rake out bringing the front up 2inches and the back 1.25"
The only reason I changed the lift was because I wanted new shocks ( to help the ride with the 33's, and incase I get 35's when they wear out )
hope this helps, let me know if you need any more info..
I just joined the forum and jeep jk community. I have been looking at modification for a while now and am pretty set on the AEV 2 inch spacer lift because I love the look and quality and because I do not plan on doing any major offroading. I know you have had the lift for some time now and was wondering if the lift has caused any premature wear on anything or your stock driveshaft has been affected. I have read and talked to AEV and the driveshaft should be fine, but wanted to hear from someone who has put some miles on their jeep with that lift.
