I work at a Chrysler dealership and was quoted by the parts dept $600 for parts for a 4" Rough Country lift. I know they are a cheaper brand and I've heard bad things about their shocks so I'd like to broaden my options beyond a cheap lift.
I am a new Jeep owner and looking to get some mods going. I saw throughout the forum that several people have referred you.
Let me just tell you what Im looking for and hopefully you can help me.
My Jeep is a daily driver with occasional offroading. Maybe 3 hours a week just for fun. I intend on running a 35" tire and have 3.73 gears. I looked at the budget boosts and spacer kits but I don't want to be 'faking it' bc Im sure those people that do use those it becomes apparent on the trail. I'm sure you hear this daily but I'm on a tight budget. Looking for a 2.5" kit (coils, springs, etc), a reliable one. If I could afford it I would get Rock Krawler Max travel and bilsteins. I can worry about control arms later but really just want a price on everything needed to just do the lift and be safe on the highway. Please provide any professional input you can offer and a price on the budget friendly kit thatll get me the lift and off road ability I'm looking for. Thanks.
