He's annoyed me enough now that I try to predict his presence before he posts (I think he gets Google alerts whenever either his name or anything related to Toyota is mentioned), and I try to make clear he's a shill after he posts.
If he wants to make sure every thread questioning jeeps always has a guy claiming they suck and Toyotas rule, then I want to make sure each of those threads also has somebody making clear what his modus operandi is. I actually clicked through his 90 or so posts a while ago, and it was upwards of 50% that either (a) trash jeeps/chrysler or (b) extoll Toyota and/or other vehicles that are difficult to get in the States. The rest are mostly related to his interest in CB radios and electronics.
I have never, ever seen him claim to own (or be interested in owning) a jeep. He's just here to trash them. And he's too calculating in his use of internet "research" to support his positions to just be a nut--I think he's commercially interested.
did a google search to see if JanniktTroll was dumb enough to use the same names as the one he might use on one of his toyota butt buddy websites... well I came across this and laughed so thought I share OkCupid | jannikt / 47 / M / Cincinnati, Ohio
Starts here http://www.wranglerforum.com/f50/ral...ml#post2314348. Im kinda big on the illegal wheeling thing as it does nothing but hurt those that choose to offroad leagally.. This includes leading to public trail closures. which I hate to see anywhere. Im not in NC so was hoping someone that lives in the same state as that guy would try to steer him away from romping around on private property and land not designated for offroading.
Not really. I don't think you should do it, obviously, but that's simply because I wouldn't want folks doing it to me if I owned a large tract of land. But unless it's actually my property, it's not something I have some sort of passion about or would take upon myself to stop absent some other compelling reason. Why?
