I have done the speedo gear correction. There is a dot on the housing that you line up with the number that corresponds with the speedo correction. I don't think it's down ( so to speak )its more on the side if I recall... it's been a while.. lol Mine is a 39 tooth for 4.56 gears and 33's and I am dead on when tracking via GPS

Hi there, Have you done speedogear swop? If so I was just wondering why my speedo is still of because I am running 3.73 and 33's with a 31 tooth gear and I am still about 10mph off? I made sure that the number was down when i installed it so is there something that I did wrong?

It did with the original seal....from the end yoke. I replaced it with National Seal #3946 and never leaked since. The seal that comes with the RR SYE is a P>O>S.... change it.

Once you remove the yoke nut... replace it with a new one your use Loctite on the threads with the old one or it WILL come loose.

Hi have read on one of your earlier post that you are running a RR SYE!? Does your seal leak coming out of the TC?

Rear Bumper is 3"x4"x.25" at 60" long. the relief angle on the bottom edges start 4" from each of the outer edges and go up to 2" to make the sides 2"x 3" when looking at the sides.

    I hope that makes sense.

The Swing-away is 2"x2"x1/8" tubing. The pivot is 1.25" shaft with timken bearings... I made all the parts myself for the pivot, it cannot be bought as I have made it. There is a guy I know that goes by ZIPGRAVER on our Reno4x4 site.... he is the PIVOT KING... check it out... he makes and sells them for swing-aways

Hi there, when you built your rear bumper, what thickness did you use on the 4x2?
