Ok. I replaced the bulb and it still is not working. Also, the lighter plug in is not working either. Any ideas?

they just pull straight out. there should be 10 sockets for bulbs. if you just got the jeep the prior owner might have remover the eng light to hide an engine problem. if your fingers are too big, put some tapr on a pair on needle nose pliars and grab them.

Do you recommend a tool to get those bulbs out? And if the bulb does not work do you have an ideas of what it might be?

yes, it should test as well when the key is turned on. there are 6-8 screws located around the steering column area. you need to remove them to get the Turnlight indicator panel out. the check engine light is next to the blue bright light indicator. swap bulbs to check them out.

In the dashboard of the wrangler the directionals work, and the brights work but the I don't know if the check engine is working. Should it light up when I turn the car on? How do I check the bulbs? Let me know what you think. Any help is greatly appreciated.
