two loops. one on the inside of the windshield and one on the hood. go to a place where hicking/camping supplies are sold and get a nylon strap to hold the windshield down. some kind of soft rubber bumper should be placed between the frame and hood. only bad part is gravel popping up and hitting you.

Howdy. I was wonderin if you could fill me in a little on the whole deal with the footman loop on the windshield. Do they actually have a strap or tie down kit for it? Or is it just figure something out. I just replaced my windshield frame and put on new windshield hinges. And I can def. see myself ridin around town with the windshield down this summer. Thanks

yo bro. Im doing the rear drive shaft u joints on monday. Might you know what size they are and do you have any advice to make that any easier. I have basic tools and I m gonna get a vice and a pair of snap ring pliers this week. Would i need anything else. Thanks in advance youve always been a big help to me.
