    Hello,
I was reading a forum you had posted quite a while ago about Rear clunking noise (http://www.wranglerforum.com/f282/st...ack-89464.html)
and on one of your replies stated :
"2. Should there be any In/Out movement of the axle?
    - I was able to push/pull the axle while the retaining plate was fully bolted and there was just the tiniest bit of play. I'm talking just enough to tell, but not even enough to say it moves a millimeter."

I was wondering if you ever figured out if that is normal.
I ask because mine does the same thing (89 YJ) and was just curious.

    Thanks and much Appreciated
