I would like to have that attorney's name. I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Mango Tango) that has the same water leaking problem. I have had the Jeep for more than a year now (but we've had a very DRY summer). I've had all seals replaced recently and it still leaks like crazy when it rains.
I'm taking it back tomorrow but after seeing all the posts, I'm looking at calling an attorney.
I would like to have that attorney's name. I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that has the same water leaking problem. I have had the Jeep for 7 months and I have had 3 new tops put on it and it still leaks or rather floods every time it rains. The Jeep tends to stay at Don Jackson's dealership service department because they just can't seem to fix the problem. I have owned a Jeep in the past and I was pleased and now at this point I just want a new car! My complaints even get worse becuase the main service department manager even went as far as to blame me for actually poking holes all in the top after I called about a recall on the top.
