    Adam, I really don't have a specific muffler shop recommendation. I can tell you who I used up here in Escondido but that's quite a drive. I would just look in the Yellow Pages for a small independent muffler shop down closer and go talk with them. The brand of muffler I ended up with was a Thrush and it sounded fine on my 4.0L. I had to change my muffler for a new long arm suspension the original muffler wouldn't clear. The first one they installed was too short which made it too loud so I had 'em replace it with a bigger version of the same brand which turned out fine.
