I placed a phone order today. I wanted to say a special "Thanks!" to Rob, and to bring his name to your attention. I realize that you may or may not have numerous employees just like Rob, but that's not what was important to me during my phone order. What was important was: 1) He was knowledgeable; 2) He was honest in his evaluations and advice; and 3) He was willing to spend the extra time with me, explaining my options, and allowing me the time to decide what would work best for my in equipping my Jeep. In a world full of vendors, many with very competitive pricing, it's the service that helps to sway a consumer's decision to deal with a given vendor, or shop elsewhere. Because of people like Rob, I will continue to place Quadratec high on my list of vendors when shopping for Jeep accessories.
