    Hi Rancho,
Quick question on your tube doors. Is there a plate or anything included to cover the mounting holes for the side view mirrors?
My JKU has the power side view mirrors - hence I'm not taking them off the factory doors. Also not sure I want to buy a set of factory mirrors (already have a windshield hinge mirror solution).
And I just didn't want there to be two open, unfinished-looking holes in the tube door after install.
Yes, I know I could go buy an extra set of OEM mirrors....
    Thanks,
    Jonathan

I finally installed the 3" rancho sports lift I order from you about a month ago. The right front brake line was defective. Leaked somewhere in the middle (frayed). Any thoughts. Anyway I can get your company to send another one. Other than this lift looks awesome.

My Rig came from the factory with no rake, it sat level - Sport, 2dr, Hardtop, tow pkg.
I got some JKRU 18/59 springs on the cheap that gave me about 1" rear and 1.5" front lift.
Now that I have a AEV COD bumper I sit more or less level at 1" over my OE 14/56 springs.

So by getting this kit it seems that the new front springs still might overwhelm the rears and spacers and I would need different spacers or different rear springs.

Will this kit level my Jeep with my specific spring situation?

If not, is there any remedy from Rancho, at no cost to me, if I get a reverse rake, as the kit is designed to level the Rig?

    Thanks!

Yes, you should have no problem doing (most) of our systems in your driveway. Have all your tools (air if possible, and a pitman arm puller if need be) ready to go. Have friends too. If you go with our 2" SPORT real simple. When I mentioned "most" our, Long Arm system is pretty hardcore. Thanks Matt

Are your kits sold in a manner that an at-home self install can be done without trouble or should your kits only be installed by shops? I am looking at your 2.5 for a 2012 2dr but dont really have the cash to pay a local shop 450 to 500 bucks to perform the install. Most users advise me to try the install myself but I really dont want to get my DD in the air and then find myself unable to complete the install correctly or mess something up and cause the ride to suck.

    Hi
    I have a 2008 JK Unlimited X with a 2.5" front lift and a 2" rear lift. Can I put the Rancho RS9000xl's on?
Do I get the 0-2" shocks or the 4" shocks for the front?
Do the 4" shocks only hook up to the Rancho short arm kit?

Sorry to bombard you but I am a bit confused...

So I am completely confused now. I just got off the phone with Rancho. They said they do not have a shock for a 2.5" lift and never have. They have shocks for a 2" and 4" and that is it.

The person on the phone said he never heard of Wranglerforum and a Rancho user here and said they have no one from their tech line on any forums.

According to him the RS999329 shocks I ordered for the front for my 2.5" lift are going to be 1.5" too long since they are made for a 4" lift. The rear shock I ordered are the correct model RS999330.

Yep we made the changes officially to the 2 door system.

    Matt,
How was King of the Hammers? Any pictures to share?

Can you come back to my 2" Sport Kit installation thread or start a new thread and give a more detailed update on the changes to the kit? For example, how long is the new spacer for the 2 door kit?

    Thanks,

    Mike
