Hi Zane, my name is Dave Butler and my wife and I just got orders to Ramstein and I am getting a little nervous about the things that I am reading about the vehicle inspection process. We have a JKU with a lot of mods, but the one that sounds like is very strict is the tire/fender issue. Can a guy get away with using stock rims & tires for the inspection and then putting the wider tires on later? Or do I need to invest in big pocket style fenders to cover everything? I run 33" Wrangler Duratrac on rims with 4.5" of backspace. So the tires stick out of my stock fenders by 2" or so. Any information that you could give me about making my ride compliant before we get there would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for letting me pick your brain a little.
