Welcome to the Forum
Most responses I see in threads are civil.
Sane, however, sometimes slips a little
This is easily the friendliest forum I've had the pleasure of joining

Welcome To The Forum MG
We are like a family here and anytime you see a negative response, it is usually someone who hasn't quite caught on to that fact (generally new) or the exception. Often you will see "jk" or a smilie to let you know that the poster is not being seriously rude. There are other forums for that and our Moderators are very good at keeping things civil here.

First time posting
Hello fellow Jeep fans! I'm extremely glad I found this site.
I bought my current ride ('97 TJ) used about 10 years ago. It's primarily used as my commuter but I hope get it off-road more this year as time permits. The only mods to the stock setup are a 1" body lift and 32x11.5x15 tires. I had the intension of hitting the trails and adding any required mods but my family started to grow.
I guess I joined this group because I want to become more hands-on with regard to general maintenance and repairs. I will search the forums for answers to any questions i may have before posting and would appreciate that any replies are kept civil.
Thank you for creating a place were like minded individuals can come together and commiserate.
