Tommy2Times I just put the 7" RR OEM style flares on today, got finished in the dark, no pics. They cover my 33x12.5 and rims with 4" ( I believe) backspacing. Actually, I wish they were about an inch thinner.

Redneck07 Yea I have a rubicon with six inch flares and they stick out so I might have to make custom flat fenders for it

Sahara and Rubicon flares are 1" wider than X, SE, Sport and the others.

dan188 I just went through the whole "cover the wheels" problem here in PA. My tires were two inches wider than my stock flares and they failed me. I put a set of rubicon flares on to add an inch and I passed. If you are running 6" flares maybe the 7 inch's will do the trick even if you still have a little bit of the tire sticking out

doclouie We have the same law in Utah. The best thing that I have found is to ask around the different people you know with 4 wheel drives and what shops they take them to for inspection. Some shops are more lenient than others when it comes to inspections.

GoldenSahara00 Hmmm, I didnt know you got failed for that in pa, because I see everyone around here in trucks and 1 or 2 jeeps who stick out. if all else fails throw on some tinys you have sittin around, get it inspected, then put your boys back on.

Anyways, I think you can get extended flares, and I believe the sahara flares that I have on my TJ are a few inches wider than normal tjs. at least from pics I have seen they are. I assume your looking for aftermarket though. You can always fab your own as well.

What is the widest flares made? I have my state inspection coming up and my tires stick out past my flares which will automatically fail me here in Pennsylvania. I currently have 6 inch flares on it
