Bumper Builds

I've been planning on buildin new front and rear bumpers for my TJ. I have everything I need at my disposal. The only problem that I'm having is I cant decide what I want. I've seen so many that I like! I like the Warn Rock Crawler bumpers a lot, I know I can build anything way cheaper than I can buy it.

My Jeep is my DD. I will do some off roading and plan on eventually adding a winch. I'm not a big fan of the stingers. If I planned on doing a lot of off roading I can see where it would be benificial. (Maybe some of you saltier guys and gals can change my mind.) I'm not sure if I want a stubby bumper or a "full width" bumper.
I'm planning on doing a rear bumper with a swing-away tire carrier. Maybe a high lift mount on it. possibly a gerry can mount and maybe a small rack above the spare. We do a lot of camping and the extra space would be nice.

Any help and advice before getting started would be appreciated.
