The locale is great, we did not explored it complete. We probably did 30% or 40% of the trails. There were other trails that were so narrow we did not wanted to get our jeeps there cause' there are plants with huge thorns that will scratch all your paint. We could have cut them down and continue on but decided to take alternate routes.
We will be back someday, there were a 4 or 5 more steep hills we still need to ride up and see what's on the other side.
If anyone in this forum is from Puerto Rico and doesn't know how to get to this place, or, if you are traveling here and plan to rent a jeep, let me know and I give you the details so you can get there easily.

I don't think the lift will stop the tires from hitting the air dam, by the way. Could be wrong, but I think you're issue there is width not height . . . .
Either way, the locale there looks great.

Finally went off roading with my new tires
I finally went off roading with my new tires. I went to La Selva which is located in the town of Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Really nice place, not too hard, not too easy. It'a a mix of beach, sand, mountains, dirt trails, rocky trails, a little river crossing (which was really low that day cause' it hasn't rained a lot there).
Got a little of mud on my JK and a LOT of dust and sand. The picture is after getting out of a small muddy place and going up a rocky hill. that was like halfway the fun, we later went up the mountain in rocky and dirt trails which finally let me test my Jeep. I have to tell you, I LOVE MY DICK CEPEK MUD COUNTRY TIRES!!!
I do have to tell you, 33s without a lift WILL RUB!!! By the time the wheels were articulating up/down and any other positions, I could hear the rubbing even on the rear, and it wasn't hitting the trail, it was the tires hitting the dam or the fender. Lucky I was going slow so no damage done.
Anyone that tells you they won't rub, either don't do off road or have a lift.
I'm getting my lift this Friday, 2.5" teraflex.
BTW, my tires are 33/12.5R17
