MTH Mine is a 2010 so it's not exactly apples-to-apples, but I sprayed Rustoleum bedliner on just about everything on the undercarriage that was not part of the exhaust. For the exhaust--from where it exits the engine all the way to the tailpipe--I used Rustoleum high heat paint. My intent is to do this every fall as a maintenance measure. It's only been a few months, but it looks great so far.

I've got a '98 and the rust is kinda getting out of hand. I had to get a few plates welded on to the frame to get it inspected. How do i control the rust and what can I put on it to protect it?
