jeepjones Clean out the drain on the air intake on the cowl just below the windsheild, it goes down behind the back of the engine on the fire wall, when it gets plugged up the water has nowhere to go but into the heater ducts and then drains onto the floors. I had to use a long coat hanger & compressed air to get all the dried up mud out of mine, and I even have one of those cowl vent covers to help prevent debris from getting in there and it still plugged up. It's very common on TJ's for this to happen, even though the search function on this forum sucks if you googled it a ton of info can be found on this exact topic.

HobieJeep Myself and some others w '11 JKU's have had issues with the passenger door seal coming out of it's intended position. Might want to check the door seals.

Leak in the floor board

Passenger side floor board, puddle of water, not coming from the soft top. I posted on here a couple weeks and was told to silicone the heater area where it enters the fire to Napa to get some silicone, but, I can't find anywhere that needs siliconed. I can not determine where the water is coming in from, everything I see, which isn't much is sealed up. Any ideas?? Could it be the area underneath the wiper blades? I'm at a loss...
