2.5l Rebuild Info?

My Chilton's lacks descent overhaul info for this little 4 banger ... I have 10 lbs oil pressure and one hell of a lifter tick and after trying a new oil pump I say to hell with it so I have an engine out of a 92 I'm going to do a total rebuild on at work while I have the resources I just need some kind of printable manual with all the torque values and the bearing clearance and some procedures on it. Anything y'all can come up with is appreciated.
