Where have you found that 90psi is to high? I have seen 85-105psi for them.
Shrubeck - Good point I don't want the regulator to fail on me and not know. Could blow the seals in the lockers and cause all sorts of problems. About having the quick connect at full psi, I want the option of running air tools.

|shrubeck||x3, but you don't need two regulators. Just move that one and have full pressure at the quick connects. I'd also put a gauge after the regulator plumbed into the cab with some small air line.|

Alright, building an onboard air system getting ready for my ARB's. How does this diagram look. Everything where it should be?
