Jerry Bransford I've had nothing but the same positive experiences with KC. I will never use any other brand of driving light.

Neil F. I'm not the original owner and they have never asked me for any type of proof of purchase. The first time when I called, yes they said warranty for the origional purchaser but he also said, they do not ask for proof and just mail the bulb in. Since then I have just mailed them without contacting them first. No problems. Once they sent me the wrong bulb so I called them. While I had them on them on the phone, I asked about the rubber seals. Mine were cracked from age and sending those back would be a pain. Either I would not have the seals or have to take the lights off. They sent me the correct bulb and seals no problem.

YHSublime Called in this afternoon. The guy tried to tell me that the warranty was for whoever had purchased them for the Jeep first, not for me, which I wasn't too impressed with. However, he seemingly changed his tune with no convincing from me, and gave me an address to mail it in, said they would switch them out for me with the 130Watts. Just a matter of time I suppose.

meyers KC is a top notch company. They even replaced my KC plastic light covers when the started to fade after 7 plus years of constantly begin out side. You will usually have to send the old bulb back. But you can usually find bulbs local like at Napa or other parts places if you don't want to wait.

YHSublime Reaaaaalllly?! Will have to give them a call today!

Just checked the KCwebsite, and read the about page. If the customer service they claim to back is anywhere as good as it seems, I will keep the lights there based on the sheer knowledge that they're willing to back a product up close to 100% Thanks again for the info, Neil!

Neil F. KC has a 23 year warranty on all parts including bulbs. They have replaced several for me.

KC lighting, finding a light...

So looking to replace my KC light thats burnt out, and have been looking around for a replacement bulb. The back of the light says it's 150 watts, but JC Whitney is only selling 100, or 130 watts. Any idea where I can find and order one?

Here's a pic:

I'm not really keen on the way they look, the guy who owned the Jeep before me hooked them up mounted to metal blocks on the factory bumper. It looks like he just moved the tow hooks out on the sides and used those holes for the blocks the lights are on. I told some buddies I was going to get rid of them, but they protested. I could really go either way, thoughts?
