|n2jeepn||Everyone needs to understand that when you make modifications to your vehicle it can affect many other factors. For example lately I have seen and heard of leaky axle seals on newer vehicles. Example is a Dana 44 axle, like we have on Rubiconís; it is recommend not going larger than a 33 in tire. What do we do? We install 35ís and 37ís. The larger tires (depending on your driving abilities) WILL cause more flex in your axle shaft, which WILL cause more movement than what the axle was built for. This movement/flex CAN cause the oil seal to start leaking. Any time you make a modification you REALLY need to understand the full effects on your vehicle that it may cause.|

Top 3 Mistakes new jeeps owners make.
The Top three mistakes that new Jeep owners make.
1) They make decisions to quickly.
2) They do not understand the full effects of any modifications they do.
3) Do not sacrifice quality for cost.
I have been wheeling since the 70ís. The last 5 years I have been a trail guide for Jeep Jamboree USA. I encourage and teach new jeep owners to learn how to wheel off road with finesse. Understand how to use the throttle, your vehicles capabilities, tire pressures, articulation, and most importantly, understand grip for the conditions your driving on and how to improve grip.
