bc3_Jeep If you got it out.... you MIGHT be able to solder that back together short term. You would need a pretty hot iron and you will need to get all of that area meticulously clean. Not probable..... but possible....

Starter Piece Issue (I think)

Hey All,
Mr. "Break-em, but can't begin to fix em" here,
I seem to have a problem with my starter. I have to have someone crank it while i pull the wire back into place. It would seem the noted piece is broken and loose.

I have ordered a new starter. But any ideas to hold it in place until it arrives. It's a jeep, not an AH-64. I shouldn't require a ground crew to start up .


Ps.. that is the starter, right?
