XJ Knight Yeah most arn't cosmetic at all.. They are built to take abuse.. As far as JK's go from talking to JK owners and reading on front bumpers for JK's the LOD and Poison Spyder are popular choices

Thracks A lot of these bumpers look more cosmetic than anything else. I wouldn't feel comfortable smashing them into sand at 25+ MPH.

Lithium Lotus The Rugged Ridge bumper holds the factory fog lights. This is the base bumper without the prerunner added on. The bumper and prerunner parts are sold separately.

kwchiro I got the smittybilt one off of amazon for 350 dollars and free shipping.

M_ They don't have them because most bumper companies don't make lights, yes you'd have to purchase the lights of your choice and install them... The smittybuilt has 4 mounting points which is nice to choose which configuration you want... If you only wan 1 set of lights you can do lower corners or on top of the hoop or you can do both sets of lights. But there are so many lighting options out there I'm glad mind didn't come with lights.

Thracks What gets me is most of these aftermarket bumpers don't have fog lights.

Would I have to buy some aftermarket ones and mount them on?

Prerunner bumper

Does anyone make a "prerunner" bumper for the JK? You know, the kind with the huge angled bash plate and the light mounts?
