Trail Jammer Kit issues

Hi all, I had a trail jammer kit installed on my 2003 Wrangler X and engine light continues to stay on, I took it to a dealer and they said it was either my Throttle Position Sensor or the Trail Jammer Module, I replaced the TPS (twice) along with my Air Temp Sensor and engine light stays on, the Edge module seems to work as well according to the place that installed it. Error code keeps coming up saying its the TPS. Anyone else have similar issues or solutions?

Mornings are the worst, very slow acceleration and some sputtering noises

Thanks
