|95YamJam||I have no rear. PO cut it off up by the frame. LOL! Part of it is still there and I am gonna take it alll the way off. I am gonna take the front one off eventually.|

Bought my YJ in 1991. Track bars were removed sometime in 1992. Never reinstalled them and I'm still driving the same Jeep daily. But that's what I did (and others), no warranty and don't sue someone due to this information.
Anyone need a set of briefly used track bars for a YJ cheap?

I left me rear one out when I did my axle swap, drove around for a while to get the feel. Removed the front and did the same. I don't think the axle is going to become off center with the leaf springs, but if you have coil springs, I'd leave em. If not do this!

orderin RC 4" tomorrow morning and my bars have been out anyway. And deff not putting them back in.

|4Jeepn||Took mine out, when I did the lift. No problems so far. The only issue you might run into is if you have a state inspection and they need to be there.|

I started with keeping my track bars in my YJ after my RC lift. A few months later I took them out and the ride greatly improved. If you already have rust issues, I would not even bother with them.

Should i lose my track bars?
Im thinking about throwing on a 4 inch RC lift, and since the underbody of my jeep is rusted beyond all belief, its going to be another project just in itself to get the track bars unbolted and such. I was wondering if you guys think I could just cut the bars out and drive without them? Or is it really worth it to keep them connected. Im not going to be doing any wheeling except light dirt roads.
