sevenservices check your battery cables on both ends of both cables. Make sure all connections are clean and tight... start there. If that does not change it, maybe PCM. But again, its all speculation at this point

Does water affect it?

jarradfiorito maybe fuel line leakage? i had a problem where one of my fuel lines was corroded and the previous owner tried to fix it with electrical tape...it would start 90% of the time but sometimes i would turn the key and all the electrical would work but wouldn't start, and sometimes at a light it would idle VERY low. it got to the point where gas was dripping onto the ground in puddles before i found the problem, now it starts perfect and idles fine every time.

93 wrangler

I just bought a 93 wrangler with 4 cyl, its having a problem where it will run great for about 10 minutes then it will start acting like it has a fueling issue and won't pull itself. But if you simply turn the key off going down the road and turn it back on it will start running fine for another 10 minutes and then you have to repeat.... Any ideas??
