cradled I have a rather short list.

First car was a Jeep, but it was very short lived as I was learning to drive my dad saw me lift the front wheels over a speed bump and decided 16 year old boy and a built 1978 CJ7 with an AMC 360, Ford 9" front and rears, and a huge lift, wasn't the safest vehicle to start with. I will have to dig up some pictures, but modding that with him is what gave me the mod bug.

Next was:
2003 Pontiac Grand Am SE1 ez putt putt high school and college car.
2006 Pontiac GTO. Yes the 6.0 LS2, M6, black and countless money and time put into that damn car only to catch on fire and allow me to get the 2013 JKUR 10A.

I also have a broken 1985 Toyota Supra that needs to go. A working daily 1998 Acura Integra. And a 2007 Kawasaki ZX6-R for the speed thrills.

coelement777 2004-2007 1999 nissan frontier
2007-2010 2007 honda element- first new car, loved it but moved to colorado and needed something better in snow
2010-2013 2008 subaru impreza
2012-2013 1997 jeep TJ sport- had as a toy while i still had the subaru. sold them both right before i got my JK
2013-present 2013 JK sport commando green 6 speed. By far my favorite out of all of them. I should have bought one instead of the subaru but at the time i had a 40 mile each way commute and needed the gas mileage.

rgincajun I'm only 26. So the list isn't very large. But...

1989 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer
2002 Ford Ranger Edge
2003 F150 Lariat super crew
2010 Ford Mustang GT
2010 Ford F-150 Super crew FX4
2012 Jeep Wrangler

As you can see, all fords, then the Jeep. So it was a BIG step to drive any other make after ford had taken me 150k miles over 10 years with never being left on the road.

I really like the jeep so far and couldn't see having much else.

FreeRange Vans are very useful when you have small kids and big dogs...and are running errands...but I was very happy to say goodbye to the last of ours (about 12 years ago)...

Hubby drives a 2011 Ford 150.

I still have my 1999 Ford 250 Diesel...but we're 'saving' it mostly for 'farm' work. It's in very good shape, low mileage all told...

I traded in my old KIA Sportage for my Wrangler...

Ozymandias I drove a 2005 Dodge Durango (stolen in January). It was a good vehicle but it never ran right after I got it back. Fortunately the Jeep dealer took it as a trade-in for a 2013 Wrangler Sport S. Much happier now.

HvyD63 Traded my '11 Hyundai Sonata for new '13 JK Sport. Sonata is a good DD but totally boring. I have a '12 Nissan Xterra Pro4x too - great for hunting/fishing/camping trips with family.

vinnydags Had my mom's old '96 Dodge Grand Caravan until I was hit by this woman who ran a stop sign.

I was commuting to work and college at the time and although I wanted a Jeep (the '07 had just come out) I didn't have the time or funds necessary for it. Ended up with an '05 Ford Escape, with a 4 cylinder and no four wheel drive. Served me well up until after college. When the EVAP system started to constantly give me "check engine" lights I knew it was time to fulfill the dream.

5 months so far with my '13 JKU and I couldn't be any happier!

my last vehicle was ...

2010 Honda Pilot

Now I own a 2007 Rubicon with a 3 1/2 " Rubicon Express lift. It has other stuff too ... but I'm still learning what that is.

I'm a newbie for sure.

HardCase The car I sold to help fund my recent '13 JKUR purchase was an '08 Prius. My needs had changed from fairly frequent 2600 mile road-trips, to just once-per-annum, so fuel costs are less of a factor, and my "car" now serves more as an RV and errand-running appliance, with only the very occasional road-trip being necessary. In addition, my job, which changed on January 1, now entails a one block (no shit.....I can see my house from a window just outside of my office) commute, so needless to say, I walk to work. The Wrangler suits my needs today. I can't say the same of the past, nor of the future, but for now it's perfect.

jon snow 2000 4Runner. Had it for 9 years. Capable off-road and reliable, but its no Jeep, for sure. Will be selling/trading-in for a 2014 Rubicon (ordering next week when Copperhead becomes available).
