Headlight switch or wire short?

i have a problem maybe someone might be able to help me solve. the right headlight on my yj is dimm, the left has full power but the right is at like half power. also my tail lights are the same. when i hit my brakes the right tail light flickers and goes out but is on when my lights are. is this a wiring problem or could it be the switches need to be replaced?? i dont know much when it comes to wiring. also my cd player has no power going to it. but i havent had to time to explore the reasons behind that.
