That is correct, and you will definately limit your wheel travel off road if you go bigger than that. You will end up with custom bent fendor$........lol.

mmasuperman12 i have 31's with a inch and a quater shackle and they bottom out when i hit bumps or flex out, and if you have stock rims they will rub when you turn becuase there is not enough off set

tire size

my '93 does not have a lift kit and it does have 30x9.5s as a foot print....there seems to be plenty of space for an up size set of tires......w/o a lift what is typically the largest tires that can fit
