ZOMB1E Or-Fab sells just a tire carrier, but you have to drill into your jeep to install it.

Tire Carrier

I have a question about them. Is it better to buy a tire carrier that attaches to the bumper or can you just buy a tire carrier? I had some one show me the XRC Armor Rear Bumper with Hitch and Tire Carrier by Smittybilt but really dont want to pay the $900 for a tire carrier. Thanks
