Windshield header and safari top sticking up

I have the bestop windshield header and the safari top and love it. Only thing I'm wondering about is why my passenger side sticks up, like it doesn't lay flat like the rest of the channel/top on my side. My boyfriend and I redid the header and the top but it still sticks up on the corner. Any idea of what to do with this? I will try to get pics up later today if I can get a good pic of it lol.
