Check craigslist in your area, as well as autotrader.com or cars.com and get an idea of selling prices around you. The Rubicons hold their value really well, the best of the different trim levels, so you shouldn't have much trouble.
Kelley Blue Book suggest $25k-$27k, Edumunds is suggesting $23k-$25k. Those prices are based on my area, you should check your area.

Selling my 08 Rubicon...How and How much?
Im sad to say I am going to sell my 2008 Rubicon 4dr. Im going to be looking for something a little more economical for my 80 mile daily commute. I am not sure what to price it at to sell fairly quickly and which method to take to not take a significant loss. As I stated, it is a 2008 Rubicon 4dr w/ hardtop, 6sp, 38000 miles, in great condition overall, well maintained and clean title, 2nd owner, black in color. Can anyone offer some advice on prices to start at and which route to take in selling it. I tried to post it on the here in classifieds but I havent made the recommended # of posts on the forum. thanks in advance,
