New to the Forum
Hey guys, I came across some good info on this forum, and wanted to join so I could ask some questions and get more info. I just bought my first Jeep a couple months ago and I am loving it. I wanted a Wrangler Unlimited, but I couldn't justify having the vehicle, so I bought a 2011 Patriot Limited, Trail-rated version.
I have found some very helpful information on this forum about the radios and nav, which are not as readily available on the Jeeppatriot.com forum (which I have been a member of for 2 and a half years). I look forward to being a member and contributing where I can!
I know I am on Wrangler forum as a Patriot owner... and though some of you may be offended, I hope more are welcoming. I bought the Jeep that fit my needs. I spend 95% of my time in the city, but every now and then I like to go camping and down some trails, and I get caught in a snow storm every now and then. The Patriot is super comfortable and quiet, easy driving on the highway, good mileage, it has skid plates an an awesome 4x4 system, heated leather seats, navigation, and I bought it for just shy of $25k.
Previous vehicles I had were a 2008 Scion xB, and a 1992 Isuzu Trooper that I lifted 2.5 inches and took down trails every now and then. Similar to these:
