Memory Steering?

So just this past week i got 4.10's put in my tj, they are just the 30 and 35 out of a 4 cyl. Ever since then i have been having problems with pull while driving, weird part is that the truck pulls whichever way i last turned. So if i made a left turn the truck pulls to the left and same with a right turn. I got a front end alignment and the front left tire had a bad toe, which is now fixed, but i still have the pull problem. The guy at ntb who did my alignment said my truck has memory steering and the description matches my problem, only thing is i have never heard of it in my entire life. He claims it is a result of my gearing and my bigger tires. So is my problem "memory steering" or something else?
