|bflank||In our case, the two boxes were in the parts room of the dealership & they forgot to give them to us. Our sales guy called to follow up on how we liked the jeep & tell us that they had the boxes for us. Good dealership in NE Atlanta suburbs - Mall of GA Chrysler Jeep.|

|LaTuFu||It happens at the dealership from time to time. Not every salesman is familiar with the Jeep Wranglers. And not every Wrangler comes with the dual top group. Some dealerships remove the boxes while they are on the lot, and the salesmen don't realize/remember that the boxes go with it out the door.|

If they give you any hassle tell them you will file a complaint with Chrysler and the BBB. They seem to fear the BBB more then Chrysler for some reason. But more then likely they will just say oops and get them for you. Make sure you have the door surrounds also. They are expensive to replace.|

|cavsvet74||They are included. There should have been 2 big boxes in the back of the jeep. One has the three windows, the other has the door surounds and tailgate brackets. I'd give the dealer a call a.s.a.p.|

Are windows supposed to be included with soft tops?
Hello all, new owner here of a 2011 Unlimited Sport. My Jeep includes both the hard and soft tops, but upon switching to the soft top today I realized that there weren't any plastic windows included. Are these usually included with soft tops or do they have to be bought separately?
