Poison Spyder Aluminum JK Crusher Flares - Front & Rear

Poison Spyder JK Crusher Flares are now available in light-weight aluminum as well as the original steel construction. The aluminum versions are made with the same patterns, however the outer tube on the aluminum flares uses a .188" wall thickness, annealed structural aluminum tube. This is compared to the steel version which runs .120" wall DOM. But the OD is the same between the two.

The result is a front Crusher Flare that weighs only 11.8 lbs. in aluminum, compared to 31.6 lbs. in steel. For the rears, the comparitive weights are 9.6 lbs. versus 24.2 lbs. If you equip your Jeep with our new aluminum Crusher Flares on all four corners, the weight savings comes out to 34.4 lbs. lighter than the steel versions.

Pricing for the aluminum Crusher Flares has been set at $565 for either front or rear (steel ones are still only $495). The first production runs are scheduled to be ready to ship the week of July 25th. But we've added these to the site already and they are now available for pre-order, although they won't ship until the last week of the month.
