Hopefully quick question about soft top rear window

I bought a fairly well used soft top, it's decent enough, doesn't need to be pretty. I'm having one issue with it, however. When I zip the rear window, it only connects a few teeth and skips the rest. It's enough to hold it in place when the jeep is sitting still, but tends to fall in at highway speeds.

The teeth all look fine, I can't find any obvious reason why it'd be doing this. Will lubricating the zipper with bar soap help this issue or am I hosed?
