TJ Auto stalls when in gear

Hi All

Need a little advice please. My 2003 4.0L TJ stalls when I put it into gear (reverse or drive). It has been shifting a little jerky for a while. I checked for fault codes but it doesn't show any (did the ignition key thing).
I had some issues a while back and after much investigation found the Crank Shaft Pos Sensor to be faulty (and replaced it).

Any ideas where to start looking?
