TJMagoo It's not that bad to remove. I've had to replace the grille on my TJ twice this year. I didn't drain my radiator etc. I had someone hold it in place until I put the new grille in and just hooked everything back up. Just look at everything attached to it and go from there.

UnlimitedLJ04 well...you gotta drain the coolant, remove the radiator, A/C condensor (if equipped) & disconnect the wiring. take a look under the hood and see if you have handle that.

Removing grill?

Has anyone removed the grill before? If so, how much of a P.I.TA. is it?
