TJMagoo It's not that bad to remove. I've had to replace the grille on my TJ twice this year. I didn't drain my radiator etc. I had someone hold it in place until I put the new grille in and just hooked everything back up. Just look at everything attached to it and go from there.

UnlimitedLJ04 gotta drain the coolant, remove the radiator, A/C condensor (if equipped) & disconnect the wiring. take a look under the hood and see if you have handle that.

Removing grill?

Has anyone removed the grill before? If so, how much of a P.I.TA. is it?
