MTH A number of folks have had similar leaks.

In addition to any good responses you get, try looking through some of these threads:

Flooding problem!!

Ok so i have had my jeep for a little over a month now and have not had this problem until recently.
First off would like to say that i drive with the top door and doors off all the time with no problems putting them back on. When i put the doors back on and the top up i always make sure all the seals are touching each other before i shut the doors. I have half doors too by the way. But these last 2 storms that we have had for some reason are causing my drivers side floor to flood. I have no idea where it is coming from, there are no water marks running from any parts of the doors or down any of the paneling but when i got in to my jeep yesterday there was a puddle in it. So i dried it up with a towel and driving with the top down and the heater on. Last night it stormed again. Today there wasn't a puddle but it was very damp.

Is there something that i am possibly missing as i said this is the first time this has happened and i put everything on the exact same way every time before it storms and hasn't happened before. Any advice from anyone greatly appreciated.
