Cooling Issue????

Hey y'all. Thanks for the help with the bumper torx a few weeks back now I am having some cooling issues. Upper radiator hose was all crimped and the thermostat was bad so I changed those, no big deal. Well, I think i have some sort of leak since my antifreeze is contiuing to go down. I have replace all the radiator hoses and now I get high temps (thermostat kicks in though) but I have to turn on the heat to truly bring it back to normal. Also My heat is cold then hot then cold. I smell no antifreeze inside and am perplexed. Anyone with some thoughts on what to chekc first????? thanks alot
