|Jerry Bransford||Again, I suggest you contact mrblaine at Black Magic brakes (or email him at email@example.com) for his advice on the problem. He might even have a set used knuckles that are in good condition.|

|Talon282||u cant buy new knuckles, thats going to suck and sound expensive may have to park it and jsut buy a beater to drive even though the brakes seem to be working,|

|Jerry Bransford||That part the brake pads slide on is part of the knuckle which does not get replaced by replacing the calipers. I would contact mrblaine of Black Magic brakes and ask for his advice, you may need new knuckles if that slider surface is damaged badly enough. Some have welded that area back up and/or filed it smooth again but that's an alloy so it's not something all welders could help you on.|

|Talon282||but i did takea closer look and u cant see where the pad is digging in, but it what the caliper is bolted to, and i guess the pad is to slide along it but for some reason mine is digging in,i think im going to jsut replace the calipers and what ever u call this part|

|Jerry Bransford||We're gonna need a good well-lit photo for that one, I can't even imagine what that could be without seeing what you're talking about.|
