Heater Issues

Hey Guys, my heater and floor vents are not working at all. The defroster is working enough to heat up the front, but the back stays a little chilly as my little boy has told me. I can hear a clicking noise coming from my heater core or fan, it gets louder with increase on the fan knob. Any help would be appreciated.
