Jeep guy/mechanic in lake charles?

Looking for a jeep guy/mechanic that could work on a blown head gasket. Anyone know one or could maybe point me in the right direction? I had the a/c serviced last weekend at a local shop and the mechanic told me I had a blown head gasket and then i got a 2nd opinion and it is because coolant is coming out the tailpipe and the oil is getting a little bit milky. Its not terrible as of now but it will get worse in time. Leaving it parked for the time being and just seeing if anyone does jeep work on the side or if there is a recommended mechanic in the lake charles area? Id really appreciate it. This shop quoted me a high cost to fix it.
