Bear Claw Hey guys just seen this canada portion of the site lol, I'm from London, if anyone wants to meet up near toronto on a weekend i'd love to check out this coke plant or anything else.

I am going to MudFest in Courtland On, on Sept 21st it looks pretty sweet theres a simple looking trail and mud pits to go through, just make sure you bring a tow strap.

vinhdinh Make sure you tell Scott that Vinh works on commission!

Never been, I am considering it though, sounds like a good time

bruticus_ Thanks for all the information, I'm going this saturday for the course. Anyone been to the jk jam?
06-11-2014 11:19 PM
vinhdinh It's all practical stuff, you're not actually in a classroom boringggg. He'll jump in the jeep with you, you spend about an hour or so doing the basics, surveying the obstacle, teaches you how to figure out what line to take, what gear you should be in, and some neat tricks. afterwards you do a trail in the woods which was way more fun, and there's also a small pond you dunk your jeep in, I got a little stuck in it though.

Shoot him an email, it's all 1-on-1 stuff and it was pretty easy to book.

Hi
Ya he does the course all year round. Www.Offtheroad.ca for more info.
He teaches you about what your jeep can and can't do, also recovery gear and respect of other drivers when in a group as well as safety.
It's not just about getting muddy lol. To me personally mudding not fun hard on your jeep and PIA to clean.
Good luck.

boltster What does it teach you that just going out and gettin muddy wont?

Didn't have my jeep or else I may have ducked in there for a quick look.
