2003x I have American Racing Wheels, but I will never buy them again.

Rant On

I bought a set of 5 Outlaw II wheels in the summer time and paid a little over $500 for them. With in a few months, they began to pit bad and dis-color, and just look plain awful. I took them back to Town Fair Tire and the store clerk said the rims were definitely from a bad batch/defective. They dis-mounted the wheels from the tires and I had to run puny 31's on stock steel wheels that I had lying around (good thing I did or I wouldn't have had a ride for a week). Got a call from the store a few days later, saying AMR would not warranty the rims because ONE RIM had "curb rash" on it. ONE. I felt I was screwed big time. The store wouldn't do anything for me either. I didn't have cash for new rims so I just kept them.
Anyway, those rims look cool. But I will never buy AMR again.

Sorry, rant off.

SirGeorgeKillian That should look good. I have shiny rims, and they are growing on me. No problem blacking out all the other stuff, signals and windows are tinted.

Richey81 No it's gonna be a 3 inch bds and 33x12.50

SirGeorgeKillian Same tires? Only reason I ask is because if you buy new rims and stick with stock back spacing, you will have to buy new rims again if you buy new rubber. Well, bigger rubber that is...

TJDave They are cool looking, but look as though they have lots of little spaces/holes to trap dirt and mud. Could be just the picture. I have never seen them in person.
X2 on the dark gunmetal gray or black color.

sell33 Love the design....color not so much, but I'm sure they would still look great. Like snowman said though I would prefer them a little darker at least.
