clb-logan Hi, not sure about retaining Uconnect. But take a look at the PAC swi-(jack/rc/pc/x) whatever one that's for your deck, the jack is for my alpine HU). You'll also need the PAC C2R-CHY4 harness to install the deck.

Also have to make sure your aftermarket deck has the ability to use swi-jack for steering wheel controls. You could look for a deck that has bluetooth built in.

xsdbs Yep, you will need an adaptor module for the HS CAN lines and steering wheel controls.

Factory Deck Replacement - UConnect

I would like to install an aftermarket deck in my '11 JKU. I'm just concerned with my steering wheel controls and UConnect hands free phone.
Will everything still work with an aftermarket deck?
Are there some features that I would need to be looking for to ensure that everything still works as if it were from the factory?
